We remove the old soffit completely (inc Asbestos) and replace it using our highest quality PVC-ue soffit products. We can advise on the correct ventilation requirements to comply with all building regulations. Choose from our flat soffit board or our more popular cladding effect soffit board, both come with the choice of either circular pod vents or traditional strip vents, installed at no extra cost.
All our soffit products have been designed to withstand the extreme elements of the Scottish weather. They are maintenance free, resist seawater, acids, pollution and small intruding animals. Available in various different colour.
